Export Key Account Manager (M/F)

International Retail / FMCG

Reporting directly to the Export Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic international accounts across European markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Define and implement the commercial strategy across assigned territories (Europe)
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
• Manage and develop a portfolio of international clients including importers, distributors, and retail chains
• Lead commercial negotiations covering listings, pricing policies, volumes, and promotional plans
• Monitor business performance and ensure profitability of accounts
• Work closely with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, category management, and finance
• Participate in international trade fairs and represent the company with key partners

Build sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to management

Profil recherché

PROFILE:

You hold a degree in International Business or Business Administration and bring at least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in Export Key Account Management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry sector.

You are recognized for your:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate successfully in international environments
• Autonomy and interpersonal abilities

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Solid understanding of international distribution channels and export regulatory requirements
• Fluent English is mandatory
• An additional language would be considered a strong asset

PACKAGE & BENEFITS : 

• Salary package: €65K–€80K gross annually depending on experience 
• Company car provided year-round (with taxable benefit in kind)
